I felt I had to send you a mail to say thanks for sorting out the mess my last accountant created. HMRC have now returned all the overpayments (with interest) that we’re due after you got involved and corrected all the mistakes that had been made over the years. I have not received one demand or fine from HMRC since you took over, I used to dread the post arriving, all to often there was a brown envelope and my heart would sink!
